IPrice calculator PLUS component is the extended version of IPrice calculator. It realises all necessary set of functions to organize price lists of the goods or services on a web-site with possibility of formation of the order and calculating of result sums on the chosen items, dispatch of the generated order on an e-mail to the manager and the customer, viewing and removal of orders.

Front-end of the component:

1. Output of full price-list or the chosen categories of the price-list through menu point.

Parametres of menu point of IPrice calculator:

• Categories ID`s for price list output through a comma (if the list of categories is not set, full price list will be output).
• User ID of the manager who will receive the generated orders on an e-mail.
• To consider or not cents at a price output.
• Currency code of  the price-list (for example: USD, EUR and etc, look point 6 of an Back-end description for more detail).
• Price-list heading.
• Price-list description.
• The text after sending of the order.
• To use or not Joomla Captcha in the form of the order. (Attention! For use of this parameter component Joomla Captcha should be installed!)

2. The contact information and order formation on the chosen price list items.

The order remains in a database and goes on an e-mail to the customer and to the manager,witch user ID is set in menu point options.

Back-end of the component:

1. Management of categories of the price list items.

2. Managment of price list items.

At price-list item addition the following information is underlined::

• Item name
• Short description
• Full description (the visual editor is used)
• price of the item
• Type of item selection (a usual choice - checkbox, a choice of quantity or a choice of one position from group - radio buttons).
• In case of item selection type=radio buttons, it is necessary to set number of item group of which list one will get out only.

The order in the given kind is sent on an e-mail to the manager and the customer.

5. Import of the price-list from CSV (Excel).

The component supports import of price-list items from CSV file  which can be generated by means of Excel. For import of price-list items it is necessary  to prepare the data in Excel with following order of columns:

1. Category name
2. Item name
3. Price
4. Short description
5. Full description
6. Type of item selection (0 - a usual choice - checkbox; 1 - a choice of quantity; 2 - a choice of one position from group - radio buttons).
7. Number of radio buttons group (the field is filled only for elements with type of item selection=2).

Columns with 1 on 3 are mandatory and must be present always.

The document needs to be saved in CSV format. Before import it is necessary to add all necessary categories in a back-end manually. It is important to be convinced that all names of categories on a site and in an import file coincide up to the register of symbols. After that it is possible to start import.

In the form of import it is necessary to choose CSV file with price-list items. To specify, whether there are headings of columns in CSV file. If necessary to choose code conversion of symbols. Code conversion can be necessary, if on your site the database is adjusted on coding UTF-8, and CSV a file generated in Excel, usually in coding CP1251. In this case it is necessary to choose code conversion "CP1251-> UTF-8" for correct display of Russian symbols. Also it is possible to set a symbol-divider of columns (usually by default ";"), a symbol framing values of fields (Excel sometimes keeps in CSV file of value of fields so-called, in this case in this parametre it is necessary to set a symbol inverted commas that the program of import has removed them) and also a divider of lines (by default - "\n").

Start import by button "Import". In the course of import errors if they arise will be given out.

IMPORTANT! Positions at import are identified under the name. If the position name is found in a database on a site the position will be updated (including a category) if it is not found - the position will be added. At position updating its name should coincide completely with the name in a database, including the register of symbols. As at updating, if an unessential field in an import file empty the corresponding field in an updated position remains not changed. To make an unessential field empty, it is necessary in a file of import for the given position in this field to put value "-" (without inverted commas).
