The Rok Box popup doesn't seem to work with smartresize. FF 3.5 and I.E. gives me JS error:
el is null
[Break on this error] default:el.appendChild(this);} ->media/system/js/mootools.js (Line 28)
self.closeButton is undefined
[Break on this error] eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(...up|bottom|h2|block'.split('|'),0,{})) ->plugins/system/rokbox/rokbox.js
I can't get Rok Box demo on your site to work either ->
thumbnail in an article with RokBox pop-out
What's wrong with smartresize and/or Rok Box?
Any help appreciated.

Found it.
You need to use RokBox version 1.3
plg_rokbox-system_1.3.zip
For some reason i downloaded v 1.2, which gave me JS Errors
Can call it a day now.

Thank you for writing about the problem and the solution of the problem. I have such a problem never encountered before.

Another problem showed, not concerning SmartResizer, but RokBox in combination with Moo Menu from a JoomlArt JANickel Template. MooMenu stoped working. If error found I'll post here for reference. Maybe others find usefull.
